Each brownie box contains 8 rich, yummy brownies, roughly measuring a generous 3” by 2” each-plenty to share! Or eat all to yourself…

Our brownies are best eaten as soon as they arrive! But if you can control yourself a little they can last a good 4-5 days, and if transferred to an airtight container and stored in the fridge they can last a little longer still. Our brownies can even be frozen for a treat in the future! Just wrap up well and freeze for up to 3 months, and ensure it is fully thawed before eating.

Yes! We provide the option to add a message card with each box, just simply enter your message in the ‘order notes’ box at the checkout and we will add your message to your brownie box, free of charge!

Unfortunately we cannot cater to any allergies due to working in a kitchen that contain almost all allergens, and using many recipes that involve gluten/milk/nuts/eggs with all equipment so traces can be found in all products. Sorry!

We deliver throughout the UK using the Royal Mail.

Our brownie boxes are dispatched on 2 days a week- on Mondays and Wednesdays. Cut off for each dispatch day is 4pm the day before (i.e.  4pm on Sundays for a Monday dispatch, and 4pm on Tuesdays for a Wednesday dispatch). All orders put through after these times will then be sent out on the following dispatch date.

We offer both first and second class delivery services via Royal Mail, estimated delivery is usually 1-3 working days with first class and 2-5 working days with second. Please be aware due to current circumstances the Royal Mail are experiencing extra pressure and delays may occur. If you have waited more then 7 working days for your parcel, then please get in touch at spanglesbrownies@hotmail.com and we will investigate from there.

Unfortunately it is not possible to choose or request delivery date. We dispatch our orders on Mondays and Wednesdays, and would always recommend you to order earlier rather than later – it’s much better to receive an early birthday present than a late one for example! If you would like to order for a specific future dispatch date just get in touch and we can discuss what options are available.

Our brownie boxes unfortunately do not fit through the letterbox as we like the make sure the slices are nicely thick and generous portion sizes! Someone will be need to be in to collect the order.

Due to our brownies being perishable items, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund once out for delivery. However, please do contact us if you have any problems and we will definitely see what we can do to resolve the problem.

In the unfortunate event that your order(s) arrive damaged and/or defective, we ask that you send photo evidence of this to spanglesbrownies@hotmail.com and we will proceed accordingly.
